Calendar of Events - 2008
SAILING LESSONS The lessons are for two Saturdays for 4 hours each Saturday. One hour each day is on-land instruction. The other three hours be hand-on sailing, including launching, rigging, and , of course, sailing.

OTHER CURRENTLY PLANNED ACTIVITIES

Thursdays 6:00pm to 8:30pm Boats available for those that have learned to sail. Shawnee Yacht Club From May 15th to August 14th (Adult leaders will be available to help with new sailors.) Youth sailing races - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Thursday races. Races will be scored each week with awards each week and a series award each month.
Wednesdays 6:00pm to 8:30pm . This is a regular SYC sailing race time. Shawnee Yacht Club From May 7th to September 24th Boats available for those that have learned to sail. Youth members may either participate in the races, or simply pleasure/practice sail.
Saturdays 9:00am to Noon This is a regular SYC sailing race time. Shawnee Yacht Club From May 10th to September 27th Boats available for those that have learned to sail. Youth members may either participate in the races, or simply pleasure/practice sail.
